If you’ve been reading some of my posts about Venice, then you already know I like to pack with a color scheme in mind and for Venice it was pinks and pastels. Ever since Magda Butrym created those feather blazers and dresses a few seasons ago, I became obsessed with the brand and have kept them on my radar. I came across this beautiful pink silky dress at the beginning of this year and never found the occasion to wear it so I thought I’d take it to Venice with me.
I’ve mentioned before that I like to be up and out early as it allows me to skip the crowds and have some time to capture some great photos. I also enjoy watching the city wake up and experiencing the beauty of the city I am in without the rush of crowds and tourists.
This shot was taken in front of the famous Rialto bridge which is the oldest bridge going across the Grand Canal. It is definitely a place you have to visit when you come to Venice. The white marble and archways were idyllic with the flowing silk peasant sleeve dress with ruffled details and button-down detailing.
I was wearing:
Dress: Magda Butrym
Shoes: Roger Vivier
Bag: Dior
Earrings: Rosantica
Necklaces: Alighieri
