There is nothing more picturesque than this hideaway in Palm Springs! We stayed at The Korakia Pensione which is a Moroccan style hotel nestled in the side streets off Palm Canyon Drive. This secluded hotel features a cluster of tiny villas sitting around a pool that is surrounded by vibrant flowers with explosions of color all around.
The jaw dropping Mediterranean theme doesn’t end with the architecture and landscaping, they serve a delicious Mediterranean breakfast outdoors (and yes there’s avocado toast! 😋) by the trickling water fountain as well as afternoon tea that I enjoyed very much. Believe it or not, I’ve never ridden a bike in my entire life so I don’t know how to bike, but they do have loaner bikes available if you want to ride around the streets of Palm Springs. I am also not very flexible so I didn’t do the yoga they offer every morning either 😬
I think my favorite part was that our villa had a little kitchen making everything extra cozy. If you plan to stay here, I suggest you stop at a grocery store before checking in to stock up on snacks, drinks and anything you may want to cook. To be honest, once you arrive at this little oasis you don’t even need to leave!
To stroll around the grounds I wore a smocked dress with tassels, small coin embellishments, and beading details. My canvas Saint Laurent tote held all my necessities for the day. I definitely recommend checking out this cute little hotel if you happen to be in Palm Springs!
