I am just getting around to posting more of my outfits from my time in Milan and animal prints are still big on my favs list. A black suede jacket isn’t really a new idea, but when you add python skin shoulders and sleeves, gold leather trim details and silver studs then we’re talking a new wardrobe essential that has to go home with me.
Leave it to De La Vali (a new brand I recently discovered!) to strike the perfect balance when it comes to mixing textiles.
So, while it was a gorgeous, sunny day in Milan I remember it was still quite chilly out. You know that feeling when it’s nice and warm if you’re in the sunshine but the air is crisp and there is a chill in the shade? I find days like this are perfect for all outfits…especially when wearing skins.
I styled the jacket with a comfy pair of faux leather joggers from David Lerner, and a black turtleneck with pearl detailing on the sleeves, and my favorite Balenciaga prism boots that I have on heavy rotation, and a studded Givenchy Antigona clutch.
I was wearing:
